Javier and his crew did an excellent job. I have moved quite a number of times and this crew was the best of them all. They took great care with my furniture at pick-up and delivery. I will request Javier and his crew again in the future.

Still No Resolution
It's obvious that you don't post legitimate negative reviews which isn't surprising. It's been 4 weeks and my Big Green Egg still hasn't been uncrated even after someone called only as a result of my last review. I will be filling a complaint with the Better Business Bureau to include the practice of charging us an additional $600 to change the drop off date less than 24 hours later. The explanation given made absolutely no sense.
Great Service, Bit Pricy
BR Moving Service did a great job. It was super easy to schedule the move. They had many different options which we explored (the storage options were awesome, but we ended up being able to store everything ourselves.). Moving out of the city can be a bit tricky since we only had the moving elevator for about 2 hours, the movers were efficient but extremely careful with our belongings. We probably only needed two movers for the job, but due to time limitations I decided to go with three. They do have a minimum time, so keep that in mind when booking. That was my own fault for not considering this, and having to pay for the extra helper. Overall great service, would recommend, especially for larger move jobs!

We moved from IL to WI. Driver Bonnie and her crew were amazing! They were so personable and friendly. Bonnie knew the area and we had many laughs sharing memories of places. The guys were quick, responsible, and professional. They moved very heavy items but did it with ease. Helped reassemble items too. Would highly recommend this company!

We retained Boyer-Rosene to assist in the move from one location in downtown Chicago, IL to another. Ben coordinated the move perfectly even when we changed some parameters at the last minute. The crew was very professional, protected our delicate computer equipment and moved all of the items from one location to another very quickly. I would use them again for our next move!

Boyer-Rosene was great to work with. They were very respectful, courtesy, and reliable. We had a large piece of hospital equipment that needed to be moved and Pedro saved the day! The guys that were doing our move were not the same ones that moved us the first time and didn't know how to put the equipment in the elevator. They called Pedro and he ran right over to help as he was onsite during our first move. I cannot say enough about this company and their teamwork and dedication. I will DEFINITELY use them in the future.

Moving our downtown office with Boyer-Rosene was great! Ben and his crew helped to make our move go smoothly and efficiently. From start to finish I received excellent communication from the team at Boyer-Rosene and the actual move went as described and expected. Their crew arrived on time, did a great job getting our office loaded on the truck and moved us into the new space without a hitch. They were very responsive to my suggestions of where to place all of our furniture and made sure that everything was placed to my satisfaction. If your building requires a union moving company, Boyer-Rosene is definitely worth contacting. Great job!

Boyer-Rosene saves the day! I reached out with less than 1 week lead time after another "union" moving company could not produce the proper union credentials required to work in a prominent Michigan Avenue office building and was denied by the management company. Ben Callard responded to my distress call, estimated the job in person and pulled together a professional & courteous crew in time to keep everything on schedule and on budget!
