For the most part everything went exactly as designed. Jim was our sales rep that came out and he was very up front and knew his stuff. He got us an estimate and explained why it was higher. And what the differences we could expect from the other movers. The guys that came out to move our stuff, took their time, and really made sure our stuff was going to get from Chicago to California in one piece. I was completely satisfied with the move process. To top things off was the amount of professional assistance I received from the office staff, both when picking up boxes and over the phone scheduling all of the last minute details. Both Lori and Mandy were super stars that went out of their way to make sure we had a successful move. The only thing I might warn you about is the delivery date windows. We had an issue where we were closing on the 25th @ Noon. But they wanted to unload the truck on the 25th at 8am. Please make sure you discuss the actual delivery dates/times with your sales guy to prevent any last minute craziness.
