We only needed help with our bigger, heavier pieces of furniture, and couldn't have been happier with our service. Lou and Carlos were always good natured and actually seemed to be having fun, even on such a hot day. We had a glitch during closing, threatening our timeline, and Kathy was able to work w/the crew to develop a plan for delivery. We are more than satisfied with the service we received. A good value, too!
