We called Jim a couple months ago preparing to move dad from his house to condo. Jim was always responsive, polite and helpful. We finally set a date and our movers Matt (driver), Carlos, and Ricky arrived on time and made the move so easy. I will use them for my next move and highly recommend. Definitely exceeded our expectations for customer experience but price as well. Y
