Every interaction and step in the process was an A+ experience. Dean Q. estimated the job (accurately) and explained/initiated the process professionally and thoroughly. Silvia M. at the office anticipated and proactively handled every detail as though we were her only customer. Arthur M. (our driver both out and in) was thorough, upbeat, and a genius at packing the truck. Both moving teams of 5 guys were positive, professional, efficient, cheerful and a pleasure to have around. Exceeded expectations from start to finish.
