I used BR for a move from Chicago to Geneva, and the service during every step of the process was excellent. Rich's estimate of the boxes I needed was on target, and Kathy's attention to detail the day before the move was top notch. The crew (driver: Michael Palomino, Lou, and Anthony) was excellent. It was apparent that they enjoy their jobs as they were friendly and displayed an excellent work ethic. Their experience was clearly evident during the prep, loading, and unloading - they worked great together, and were accommodating of any requests I made. It was an enjoyable, stress-free day...thanks! I have already recommended BR to friends for their moving services.
