Exceptional customer service! Anna Ganas and our driver Mike were truly outstanding during our recent move from South Carolina to Illinois. Anna communicated frequently throughout the process and was always courteous in her emails or phone calls. Mike and his team were prompt and accommodating on both the pick-up and the delivery. But there was a particular issue that developed during our move that put their customer service over the top and into the "Disney stratosphere". (My wife and I had a similar outstanding experience at Disney World several years ago.) Anyway, our couch would not fit through the condominium door when it arrived in Chicago. We had purchased it brand new prior to the move. We had no where to store it, and the manufacturer had stores only in the Southeastern part of the US. So Anna and Mike teamed up to have the couch returned to South Carolina during Mike's next assignment, where we were able to return it to the store for a full refund. Nice job team!
