I haven't moved yet, so hopefully I can review again with another "5-stars" once the move happens but this review is specifically for Kelly D who helped me work through my schedule constraints on our move. First off, I'm asking for a full pack quote a week before my scheduled move - so I'm already squeezing the schedule. When the front end of the delivery window wouldn't work (let alone the back end) I sent an e-mail to Kelly and asked if there was anything she could do. She called me from home to work through what I needed and continued making phone calls well into the evening until papers were signed, moves were scheduled and the BACK end of the delivery window was within the tight timeframe that I needed. Our move is coming up in a week and if the rest of the Bekins/Boyer Rosene team provides half the level of service that Kelly has, this is going to be world class.
