We moved this past September, and everything went great. Brian (the relocation specialist who helped us with scheduling our move and estimating the cost/time involved) was extremely helpful as well as patient when our move date was repeatedly pushed back due to situations beyond our control. He helped us make a plan that would work well for us. We moved out of our old house and into the new one all in one day and the team we had was excellent. They were friendly, hard-working and were just a lot of fun to spend the day with. We had a storage pod dropped off that morning and they volunteered to unload that too (we were originally going to do it on our own) and took care of that for us which was awesome. When Brian estimated the number of hours our move would take, he let us know that if the team finished early we would be credited for any leftover time..and honestly I forgot all about it (relieved to just be done with the move) and then a couple days later saw that our credit card had been credited for an hour or so of labor that had been unused since they finished early. They were professional, quick and I would definitely recommend them!
